How It Works

  1. Contact: Reach out to Easy EHM with details about the case and the individual’s location or charges.

  2. Assessment: We evaluate the situation (e.g., house arrest, GPS, court-ordered alcohol monitoring) and review relevant documents (e.g., court or probation orders) to determine monitoring type and any zone/schedule restrictions.

  3. Delivery: Once approved, we send a monitoring kit to your location.

  4. Connection: During a scheduled video call, we guide you through installing the device (wrist or ankle—your choice) using the included serialized zip-tie. Setup is as simple as putting on a watch.

  5. Monitoring:We track your location and body temperature to ensure compliance and device attachment.

  6. Support: If needed, we’ll review or request a new video. You'll get access to a portal to update your schedule for approved activities like work, church, or child care.

  7. Program Completion: At the end of your program, we’ll video chat to verify your zip-tie is intact. Then you can cut it off, remove the device, and return the kit using the prepaid envelope.
