GPS monitors need to be charged for one hour per day at least.  Do not let your battery level drop below 20%.  You will also need to charge your charge pack for one hour per day.  You do not need to keep your charge pack plugged in to a power outlet to charge your GPS monitor.  You can unplug it.

5. My device vibrates and says Hello

Our devices vibrate and say Hello to restart when they lose cell phone tower signal.  If your device occasionally restarts, it is searching for signal.  If your device repeated restarts, it may need to be reset.  To reset your device, hold down the upper button for 20 seconds.  After 5 seconds, the device will say SOS mode.  Ignore SOS mode and continue to hold down the button without releasing it.  It will say Traxbean when it is reset.  If your device continues to restart, you are in an area with poor cell phone tower signal.  If this area is your residence, please contact us for other options.

2. Can my alcohol monitor get wet?

Alcohol monitors should get wet as little as possible.  A small amount of water while washing hands is okay.  Do not wear your alcohol monitor in the shower, bath tub, hot tub, swimming pool, or sauna.  Your monitor can be removed for up to 45 minutes at a time while you use a shower, bath tub, hot tub, or swimming pool.  Alcohol will continue to emerge from your skin for longer than 45 minutes if you have consumed any.

3. How often must I charge my alcohol monitor?

Alcohol monitors need to be charged for 15 minutes per day at least.  Do not let your battery level drop below 20%.  We recommend that you remove your device while you are showering and use that time to charge it.

4. My monitor has detected alcohol.  What do I do?

If you have not been drinking, you do not need to panic.  Alcohol detections are not uncommon.  We have shipped you a breathalyzer which you can use to send us a video using the Timestamp Camera app.  Please record a video of you blowing into the breathalyzer and then showing the result to your phone's camera.  Save the video to your phone's gallery and then email it qrxkyw@gmail.com

5. My breathalyzer is stuck in App Mode.

Your breathalyzer has two modes.  Standalone mode and App mode.  In order to switch back to Standalone mode, hold down the button for 7 seconds while the device is off.  Holding down the button for too long is how it was switched to App mode.
